dwellings (use class C3) with alterations including partial
demolition of hotel; change of use of staff dwelling to a detached

Decision
 
That
delegated authority is GRANTED to the Assistant Director of
Planning to grant planning permission and make minor amendments to
the wording of conditions subject to the applicant entering into an
appropriate Section 106 planning obligation to  secure the mitigation of impacts on the Thames
Basin Heaths SPA and subject to conditions
1-19 and informatives 1-7.
