Erection of two detached dwellings with detached garages, access
and associated works.
 
Decision
 
The
Committee resolved to REFUSE planning permission for the
following reasons:

·        
The erection of 2 dwellings on the site would result
in a form of development that would be out of keeping with the
character of the area contrary to Policy DM4 of the Local
Plan.
 
Post committee note: The
Committee were incorrectly advised that the policy contradictions
were RE2 and DM14 which were corrected by the Assistant Director of
Planning.
