Having considered the comments
of the Landlord Services Advisory Board (Executive Working Group),
the Executive Co-Portfolio Holder for Housing (Operations) and
Services, Councillor Paul Rivers,
 
RESOLVED to,
 

Recommendation
 

1.    
Commence the procurementof
procurement for Roof replacements with the assistance of GBC
Procurement.
 

2.    
The recommended route to market of a Competitive
Flexible Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act
2023.
 

3.    
The involvement and engagement of the Tenant Panel
as part of the procurement process.
 
Reason(s) for Recommendation:
 

1.    
The previous contract expired in March
2024.
 

2.    
The Competitive Flexible Procedure will deliver
value for money to the Council.
