Change of use from social club (Sui Generis) to restaurant and
public house (Sui Generis); erection of extensions and creation of
first floor terrace with associated works following demolition of
existing modern extension (as amended by drawings received 08 May
and 03 June 2024).
 
The
Committee resolved to GRANT permission, subject to amended
condition 1, conditions 2-11 as set out in the agenda  and informatives 1-3
plus additional informatives 4 & 5
and no substantive objection being raised by the Council’s
ecology and wildlife consultant in regards to protected
wildlife.
 
There were 13 votes in favour, 0 abstentions and 0 vote
against.
