(£50,000 from WBC together with £50,000 from GBC) from
reserves in respect of Senior Recruitment costs.

The Executive resolved to approve:

The transfer of £50,000 of reserves into the
recruitment budget to provide funding needed for the recruitment of
key senior positions in the Joint Management Team.
