The Executive APPROVED:
 
The granting of a new lease for the new
extended term of 14 years at Market Rent, current market terms to
reflect increased annual income and provision for growth over the
lease term with any final negotiation decisions reserved for
Delegated Authority by the Assistant director for Assets and
Property.
