To consider an objection to the inclusion of
1x London plane tree (T11) of  Tree
Preservation Order No. (TPO) 28/24 and to determine whether the
Order should be confirmed with or without modification. One letter
of objection to the TPO has been received during the consultation
period and therefore, in accordance with the Constitution, the
decision is referred to the Planning Committee.    
 
The Order (TPO 28/24) has been made to protect
a prominent line of London plane trees within Farnham town
centre.
 
Decision
 
The Tree Preservation Order No. 28/24 applying
to trees on Long Garden Way, Farnham,was confirmed without
modification.
