The Executive RESOLVED to:
 
Consider the comments of Council and, noting
the concerns expressed in recommendation 2.1 of the resolution of
Council, determine the preferred option to be three unitary
authorities forming a single tier of local government in Surrey and
require the Leader of the Council to work with partners in Surrey
to submit the proposal to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and
Local Government by 9 May 2025.
