Decision
 
Delegated authority is given to
the Assistant Director of Planning, that following completion of a
Section 106 Agreement and subject to conditions 1-31 which included
an additional condition that the storage area next to unit 1 will
not be stacked any higher than 15m, permission is
GRANTED.
