Purpose

The SHDF has been renamed Warm Homes: Social
Housing Fund (WH:SHF). Wave 3 guidance has been released and the
application window is open.

This report seeks delegation of authority to the Executive Head of
Housing Services, in consultation with the Borough Solicitor, to
directly award a works contract through a framework agreement and a
commitment of co-funding by WBC if the Council is successful in its
bid to the WH:SHF Wave 3.
