Purpose

Summary:  
To award a 2-year contract to
Work Stress Management Limited – Company Registration No.
4426624 (doing business as Wellbeing Solutions) with the ability to
extend by a further 2 years, to provide an EAP service to the
employees and councillors of Waverley
Borough Council.
 
An EAP service (employee
assistance programme) provides employees and councillors with access to a confidential, free
24/7 helpline, online resources covering a wide range of topics and
up to 6 sessions of counselling per issue per annum.
 
The EAP plays a vital role in
supporting the health and wellbeing of employees and councillors. It strengthens our recruitment and
retention strategy, contributing to a resilient and well-managed
council and reinforcing our commitment to being a local employer of
choice.
 
Contract Value: Total contract
value of £17,058 if the extensions were implemented for the
maximum 4-year period.
