Purpose

In order to complete Design Stage 4 and
close PCSA for the development of 69 High Street commercial
property an extension of time to the PCSA is required.
 
 

Content

To extend the fee for the Employers Agent/Project Manager
role under the Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) period
with Frankham to reflect the extension of programme.
 

Reasons for the decision

To allow works to continue to
review procurement and pricing for construction and administer the
contract for the main contractor.
