Purpose

The decision required is to permit the lease
to be altered at an agreed premium to allow for further
investment.

Content

RESOLVED that:
 
(i)           
The surrender of the existing lease and re-grant of two leases to
the current lessee, on the terms set out in Appendix 1 (Exempt) be
agreed.
 
(ii)        The Assistant
Director of Assets and Property be given delegated authority (in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder) to agree any minor
amendments to the lease terms.
