RESOLVED that:
 
(i)           
The Council’s interests as trustee in Shottermill Recreation Ground and Swimming Pool,
Bequest of Joseph Ewart, Recreation Ground (Ridgeway Hill), King
George’s Field Hascombe and Hale
Recreation Ground football pitch and cricket ground, sports
facility be noted.
(ii)          
The Council’s interest as in The Beacon Hill Children’s
Recreation Ground farm as custodian trustee be noted.
(iii)         
The draft work programme set out at paragraph 6.4.4 be agreed and
authority be delegated to the Monitoring Officer to deviate from
the work plan where appropriate, in consultation with the Leader of
the Council;
(iv)         
The Council, as the continuing trustee of Hale Recreation Ground,
replace Peter Vickers as a trustee under section 36(1) of the
Trusts Act 1925, as he is refusing to act, and that Richard Bates
be appointed as the replacement trustee;
(v)          
The Committee offer for the Council to be appointed as a trustee of
The Beacon Hill Children’s Recreation Ground farm.
