RESOLVED that:
 
 

1.   
The unaudited accounts for Shottermill
Recreation Ground and Swimming Pool Trust be approved and;

2.   
The Joint Strategic Director of Finance be authorised to approve
and sign the accounts for Shottermill
Recreation Ground and Swimming Pool Trust, including in the event
should there be any immaterial change be required prior to the
final audit report being received from the external auditor

3.   
The unaudited accounts for The Bequest of Joseph Ewart be approved
and;

4.   
The Joint Strategic Director of Finance be authorised to approve
and sign the accounts for the Bequest of Joseph Ewart, including in
the event should there be any immaterial change be required prior
to the final audit report being received from the external
auditor.

5.   
The accounts for all other charities detailed in appendix 3 be
noted.
