Reasons for the decision

The works are to replace a bus shelter,
damaged by an RTA, with an identical specification. The capital Bus
Shelter Replacement programme will be used to purchase the shelter.
Only one manufacturer produces the model of shelter and an
alternative will not be suitable for the location so will not be
considered.
