RESOLVED that:
 

1.   
A change in contract scope to be delivered using the
allocated budget of up to £250,000 for the Broadwater Park
redevelopment project consultancy contract to be used for RIBA
stages 1 and 2 only be approved.

2.   
Authority be delegated to the Strategic Director of
Economy, Planning and Place to enter into the consultancy contract
with the winning tenderer, in compliance with Procurement Procedure
Rules, the Council’s Constitution and within the approved
budget.
