To award a contract to PA Group to carry out
Asbestos Management Surveys, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys,
Re-inspection Surveys, Management Surveys, and air tests across
Council properties, in order to facilitate planned works programmes
and ensure compliance throughout the Council’s
assets.

Reasons for the decision

To provide Asbestos Surveys and air tests
across Councils properties to ensure the Council is compliant,
keeping contractors and tenants free from risk arising from
asbestos hazards.
