To employ Coreus to act as Clerk of Works and
Employers Agent to oversee the installation of Air Source Heat
Pumps at Farnham Leisure Centre.

Reasons for the decision

A Clerk of Works and an Employers Agent are
required to oversee the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps at
Farnham Leisure Centre. Coreus are able to act for Waverley Borough
Council in both these roles.

Alternative options considered

Currently, Delma Bryant is named as Employers
Agent but Coreus are able to offer their expertise in this
field.
