Reasons for the decision

A Principal Designer is required to oversee
the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps at Farnham Leisure Centre
in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management)
Regulations 2015.

Alternative options considered

Our contractor's Leisure Energy have costed
for a Principal Designer for the project but the Council's Legal
Team have requested that WBC procure the Principal Designer
(Building Regulations and Building Safety Act).
