To allow legal services to review and sign the
Joining Access agreement to the ProcurePublic Framework which is to
be used as a route to market for existing and future contracts let
by the Council (in accordance with GBC/WBC CPRs 16 (a) (b)
(c).

Reasons for the decision

To allow legal services to review and sign the
Joining Access agreement to the ProcurePublic Framework which is to
be used as a route to market for existing and future contracts let
by the Council (in accordance with GBC/WBC CPRs 16 (a) (b) (c). To
allow the Council to run a procurement for Asbestos management
services.

Alternative options considered

No alternative actions to be able to access
the framework agreement for use.
