RESOLVED that:
 
It was recommended that
Council: 

Increase the weekly
rent for Council dwellings by 4.8% from the 2025/26 weekly rent
charges, effective from 1 April 2026, within the permitted
guidelines contained within the Government’s rent setting
policy;

To approve an
increase to all service charges and utility charges of
4%,
To approve the
proposed HRA revenue budget for 2026/27, as set out in Appendix 2
to the report,
To approve the
revised HRA Business Plan for 2026/27 to 2055/56 as set out in
Appendix 1,
To approve the fees
and charges for HRA services for 2026-27, as set out in Appendix 4
to the report,
To approve the HRA
capital programmes as show in Appendix 5 and 6.
