RESOLVED that:
 
It was recommended that
Council:

Make the CIL relief
for exceptional circumstances available in its area in accordance
with Regulation 55-57 of the Community Infrastructure Levy
Regulations 2010 (as amended).
Adopt the Waverley
Borough Council CIL Exceptional Circumstances Relief Policy, as
provided in Appendix 1 to the agenda report.
Delegate authority to
the Joint Assistant Director for Planning to determine claims for
CIL Exceptional Circumstances Relief in accordance with the
Waverley Borough Council CIL Exceptional Circumstances Relief
Policy and in compliance with the requirements of the Community
Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended) and Subsidy
Control Act 2022 (as amended).
