This is intended to be a three-year term,
which co-terms with the end of the current BID cycle (which is
believed to run independent of any LGR timeline). This has already
been approved internally by Finance and Procurement plus the
AD.

Reasons for the decision

Free business advice service supports SMEs in
the borough. IncuHive was awarded the contact in 2022 through a
tender process. Is good value for money and return on investment.
In 2025 supported 80 businesses and 50 jobs.

Alternative options considered

None.
Tender process occurred previously. This is an extension as local
government reorganisation would make the contiuned tender less
appealing.
