Lane, Cranleigh GU6 8JW for the Cranleigh Skate Park Development
Project.

Reasons for the decision

To complete all necessary contracts for the
purchase of land to enable the progression of the project to
deliver a new skate park in Cranleigh, outlined in Executive Report
dated 15 July 2025.

Alternative options considered

Six sites were assessed with the subject site
considered the preferred option.
