The Council’s tenant of the above
property has requested that they be given licence to assign the
125-year lease dated 6 August 1986 of 25 car parking spaces at
Upper Hart Car Park Farnham to the Assignee named below. The rent
under the lease is a peppercorn.
Proposed Assignee:
Global Real Estate Select SICAV-RAIF Sub-Fund Real Estate 1,
incorporated in Luxembourg under company reg B177958 and at
Companies House with Overseas entity number OE010862.
Request is hereby made to approve the granting of the Licence to
Assign.

Reasons for the decision

Under the lease the Council cannot
unreasonably withhold or delay permission to assign (clause 14) and
there were no grounds to refuse.
