The Executive approved the award of the
Kitchen and Bathrooms Upgrade Works contract to Pilon Limited for a
period of 12 (twelve) months commencing on 16 February 2026, at a
total contract value of £1,976,168.25 (one million nine
hundred and seventy six thousand one hundred and sixty-eight pounds
twenty-five pence).
