To approve the transfer of the land and/or
buildings at the Scout Hut adjacent to The Burys Field, Godalming
in line with the terms and conditions appended to the Executive
Report and at best consideration.
In accordance with the Council’s General Disposal Consent
powers, this transaction provides the ‘best consideration
reasonably obtainable’.
The purchaser has confirmed they will be paying all the
Council’s costs in relation to the sale.
