Decision

To approve a contract extension of £13,261.48 for the enhancements at our 12-unit residential scheme (6 x 1 Bed & 6 x 2 Beds), Bargate Lodge, Catteshall Lane, Godalming.
This contract extension will provide an enhanced communal bin storage unit for the scheme and the installation of three external patio areas for the use of residents.

Reasons for the decision

To deliver higher specification resources for the long-term benefit of our residents at Bargate Lodge, Catteshall Lane.

Alternative options considered

That the contract variations are not approved and we use the contractors standard specification for the bin store and the ground floors flats would not have access to patios for their use and enjoyment in the long term.
