RESOLVED that delegated authority be given to:

The Section 151 Officer, in consultation with the Corporate Leadership Board (CLB), to approve the use of the LGR Reserve where expenditure is:

i) Within the overall available balance of the reserve; and

ii) The amount requested does not exceed £100,000 per individual

request; and

iii) Supported by an appropriate business case
