Decision

RESOLVED that:

1)    The implementation of the following outstanding Retail Price Index rent reviews in accordance with the leases on the properties:

i)               Portfield (Top Yard), Sturt Road, Haslemere - outstanding reviews for 2022 and 2025.

ii)              Nuffield Health and Fitness, Weybourne Road, Farnham - outstanding reviews dated 2020 and 2025.

Be approved.

2)    Delegated authority be given to the Assistant Director, Assets and Property to implement the following future rent reviews:

i)               Portfield (Top Yard), Sturt Road, Haslemere - future reviews dated 2028 and 2031.

ii)              Nuffield Health and Fitness, Weybourne Road, Farnham - future review dated 2030.

iii)             Corporate House, Kings Road, Haslemere – future reviews dated 2027 and 2032.
