Decision

RESOLVED that:

1)    The payment of the figure set out in the report for the loss of income claim submitted by Everyone Active relating to income lost during the closure period be approved.

2)    A supplementary estimate of the sum set out in the report for the loss of income claim to be funded from the MTFP Reserve be approved.

3)    A claim of the figure set out in the report for loss of income submitted by Everyone Active relating to the period after reopening be approved.

4)    A supplementary estimate of the sum set out in the report for the loss of income claim to be funded from the MTFP Reserve be approved.

5)    Delegated authority be given to the Strategic Director for Finance & Resources in consultation with the Assistant Director for Commercial Services to agree a final settlement and complete all necessary aspects of the claim.
