Original Term: 125 years from 21 June 1982
New term:215 years from 21 June 1982 (extension of 90 years)
New Rent: Peppercorn
A Retrospective Licence for Alterations to be granted at the same time to formalise works carried out by the Tenant without consent, namely addition of conservatory at rear of property and replacement of original windows with double-glazed windows.
