This contract amendment is to formalise the agreement between Waverley Borough Council and Allen Construction Consultancy for the payment of additional Employer's Agent and Clerk of Works fees incurred as a result of delays to the delivery of Site C, Ockford Ridge.

Reasons for the decision

The delays to the programme have necessitated an extension of the consultancy services beyond the original contract period. As a consequence, additional Employer's Agent and Clerk of Works services have been required to support the continued administration, monitoring, inspection, and successful completion of the development. No other terms and conditions of the original agreement are affected by this amendment.
