RECOMMENDED that Council RESOLVE to:

1)    Approve a supplementary estimate increase of £106,269.98 for FY26/27 to be funded from the HRA Working Balance Reserves for the underinsurance of 13 & 14 Springwood, Station Lane, Milford for reinstatement works.
