Decision

To approve the grant of a 1-year licence to Galliford Try Environment to gain access and egress from Woolmer Hill Road to a compound area across land at Car Park The Edge Woolmer Hill along the permitted route as outlined on the attached plan CM 5084 dated 09/03/2026.
Part of the access route is across an area of land owned by SCC with 99-year ground lease to WBC. SCC have confirmed their approval and will be party to the Licence.
The Licence is for a 1-year period from 1 April 2026, with option to extend, and schedule of condition and construction traffic management plan.
