Decision

RESOLVED: that

1. The contracting out of the Council’s statutory homelessness review function under section 202 of the Housing Act 1996, to suitably qualified external providers, where required, until 31 March 2027be approved.
2. Delegated authority be given to the Director of Housing Services, in consultation with the Leader of the Council and the co-Portfolio holder for Housing Services, to enter and manage arrangements for the contracting out of the Council's statutory homelessness review function under section 202 of the Housing Act 1996 until 31 March 2027.
