Decision

RESOLVED: that

1. A virement from the approved Housing Capital Account Kitchen budget to the Housing Capital Account Windows budget (£190,000) and the Housing Capital Roofing budget (£95,000) be approved.
2. Delegated authority be given to the JSD for Communities, Housing and Environment to increase the value of the existing Windows and Doors contract with ASHI Group Limited (trading as Anglican Building Products) from £800,000 to £990,000 and to compliantly vary the contract dated 16 June 2026 accordingly.
3. Delegated authority be given to the JSD for Communities, Housing and Environment to increase the value of the existing Kitchen and Bathroom contract with Pilon Limited from £1,800,000 to £1,990,000 by compliantly varying the contract dated 23 April 2026.
