Purpose

Approve procurement for construction of the
Phillips Memorial Park section of the Godalming Greenway Gateway
with authority delegated to the Assistant Director for
Environmental Services.

The Executive RESOLVED to:
 
1.         Delegate
authority to the Strategic Director of Housing and Environment for
the procurement of a contractor via open tender to construct the
western section of the Godalming Greenway Gateway through Phillips
Memorial Park.
