Purpose

To consider the extension of the existing
Grounds Maintenance contract or in-housing of the service.

Content

The Executive RESOLVED to approve:
 
1.         The contract
extension for a period of one year with a cost of £1,199,261
inclusive of a performance incentive payment, subject to contract
content, standard CPI uplift application and an additional 7.5%
uplift on the annual contract sum
2.         A
supplementary estimate of £90,000 to fund the additional
budget required to cover the cost of the extension.
