The Executive RESOLVED to:
 
1.         Agree to the
Council entering into a funding agreement for £137,000 with
Sport England, sums of which will be used on the Farnham Leisure
Centre;
2.         Delegate
authority to the Joint Strategic Director, Finance and Resources in
consultation with the Joint Strategic Director, Legal and
Governance to enter into the necessary contractual agreement with
Sport England to receive the funding per 1 above;
3.         Delegate
authority to Joint Strategic Director, Finance and Resources in
consultation with Joint Strategic Director, Legal and Governance to
procure, appoint and enter into the necessary contractual
agreements, with a contractor/s for the PV and pre requisite roof
replacement works at  at Farnham Leisure Centre; and
4.         Approve use of
the capital budget allocation of £450,000 (previously agreed
as part of the 2024/25 budget) for the roof works at Farnham
Leisure Centre.
