RESOLVED:

To approve an extension to the current with NRT Electrical Ltd
contract for 12 Months
 
 
Reason for
Decision:
 
1.   
Waverly Borough Council have a moral and legal duty of care to keep
our properties safe and compliant for our tenants to live in
without fear of any accidents that could arise due to Electrical
testing non-compliance.
