Services Advisory Board, the Executive Co-Portfolio Holder for
Housing (Operations & Services):
 
RESOLVED:
 

To Approve the appointment of Duct
Clean UK for the Asbestos Removals contract from 1st September 2024
(by modification) for a minimum term of 48 months, with optional
extensions.

 
Reason for
Decision:

Waverley Borough Council have a moral and legal duty of care to
keep our properties safe and compliant for our residents to live in
without fear of accidents that could arise from not carrying out
Asbestos removals works
