Decision taken
Cabinet noted the report and agreed the
following recommendations:
 

a)      the Council,
as Local Planning Authority (LPA), accepts the Welwyn Neighbourhood
Plan as validly prepared in accordance with Regulation 15 of the
Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012;
 

b)      the Welwyn
Neighbourhood Plan be subject to consultation for a period of 6
weeks; and

 

c)       an
independent examiner be appointed and for the neighbourhood plan to
be submitted for examination following public consultation.
