Cabinet agreed:
 
a)   
That Terberk UK are appointed via the
ESPO framework for the purchase of an additional food waste vehicle
as set out in paragraph 3.7 of the report
b)   
To agree a new capital scheme for simpler recycling, to be funded
up to the maximum of the DEFRA grant of £793k.
c)   
To agree delegated authority to the Executive Director (Finance and
Transformation) and the Executive Director (Resident Services and
Climate Change) in agreement with the Executive Member for
Environment to approve expenditure above £100K for other
resources required for this project, such as bins.
