Cabinet:

a)   
Noted and agreed to engage a new enforcement partner for a 12 month
pilot programme with consideration of options to extend;

b)   
Agreed to delegate the power to appoint the contractor to the
Executive Member, Environment, in consultation with the Executive
Director, Finance & Transformation, on any financial aspects of
the contract.
