a)    
Cabinet noted and approved the 2025 Contaminated Land Strategy in
Appendix A; and
 
b)    
For delegated authority to be given to Assistant Director, Public
Realm, in consultation with Executive Member (Environment) to
finalise the wording in the strategy once comments have been
received by the Environment Agency and Defra.
