Decision taken
 
The Cabinet:
 
a)   
approved progression of the scheme and endorsed the procurement
approach.
b)   
approved the appropriation of the land from the General Fund to the
Housing Revenue Account at £4 million in line with the
external valuations previously conducted at the time the agreement
was signed.
c)   
approved that the procurement exercise commences for a contractor
to develop the site, utilising the Pretium Framework.
d)   
noted the requirement for allocation of further funding to be
completed as part of the standard budget setting process.
