Approved the direct award of contract to CHF Docmail Ltd for a period of 16 months from 26
January 2026 until 25 May 2027 based on the terms of the current
contract save for a price reduction. 
2.   
Agreed that the Executive Director (Finance and Transformation) is
authorised to make minor changes to the terms and conditions of
contract.
