Decision Taken:

a)   
Approved the drawdown of no more than £600.00 from the
climate reserve fund to purchase a thermal imaging
camera,  and;
 
b)   
Approved the funding to be donated to the BorrowIt library stock, for the purchase of a
thermal imaging camera. Officers believed this was the best way to
ensure it was easily accessible and got maximum utilisation by
residents.
